  • Session rates are dependent upon clinician experience and licensure. Please check your clinician’s bio for more information about their rate. Our clinicians offer sliding scale rates for a limited number of clients on a first come, first served basis. Proof of income may be required. Please inquire for more information.

  • Clients may choose to pay for services through insurance or private pay.

    Our fully licensed clinicians accept a variety of insurances including: Aetna, Anthem EAP - Bank of America, BlueCross BlueShield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Optum, Oscar, Quest Behavioral Health, UnitedHealthcare, and UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage

  • Yes, we offer telehealth services for children, teens, and adults in the state of Texas. For clients looking to receive in person services, our office is located in San Antonio, Texas.

  • Consumers have the right to access their health care records.

    To request your records from us:

    1. Submit a written request (email or mail) that includes:

      • Your full name

      • Date of birth

      • Description of the records requested

      • Preferred delivery method (electronic or paper)

      • Your signature and date

    2. Provide proof of identity if requested (such as a government-issued ID).

    3. Send your request to our designated records contact:

  • If you believe your rights have been violated or you wish to file a consumer complaint, you may do so through the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) of Texas.

    To file a complaint:

    1. Visit the Office of the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection webpage.

    2. Complete the online consumer complaint form with as much detail as possible.

    3. Submit supporting documentation, if available.

    The OAG’s Consumer Protection Division reviews complaints and provides guidance on next steps.
