Fully Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

1099 Independent Contractor

At In Bloom Therapy, we believe clinicians do their best work when they have the freedom to practice authentically while being supported by a collaborative and welcoming team. We are a growing private practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to children, adolescents, adults, and families.

We're seeking a fully licensed LPC, LCSW, or LMFT to join our practice as a 1099 Independent Contractor. This position offers the flexibility to provide therapy services primarily through telehealth, with optional access to beautifully furnished therapy offices on select days for clinicians who wish to see clients in person. Our offices are thoughtfully equipped with play therapy and expressive arts therapy supplies, allowing you to provide creative, developmentally appropriate interventions.

As part of our team, you'll enjoy the independence of private practice while benefiting from an established practice that provides electronic health records, billing and insurance processing, marketing, referrals, furnished office space, and a collaborative professional community. Whether you're looking to grow an existing caseload or build one from the ground up, In Bloom Therapy provides the resources and flexibility to help you thrive.
