I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with supervision designation in Texas. I have over a decade of professional experience in the mental health field and a few more decades of experience in the school of life. Throughout my career I have worked with children, adults, family's, and couples with a focus on healing.

I use a person-centered and solution focused approach with a foundation on relationships. Our choices are informed by our experiences. We will collaborate to help you understand your own personal decision-making compass and how it was developed and if you decide to, how we can start to change it to help you to make healthier choices.

• $150 per 60 minute individual session
