Group Therapy

Connecting

Group therapy involves one or more therapists working with a small group of clients. It provides a supportive environment where participants can share their experiences, thoughts, and feelings. The setting often fosters connection, allowing individuals to learn from one another and gain different perspectives on their challenges.

Varying in topics

Group therapy can focus on various issues, including anxiety, grief, trauma, or interpersonal relationships, and it offers the benefit of collective healing. Participants may find comfort in knowing they are not alone in their struggles, which can enhance feelings of empathy and validation. See below to view what groups are currently being provided.
